Refpak™ Ammonia Refrigeration System

INDUS make WALRUS™ RefPak™ is Complete Refrigeration system on compact structural steel base Frame.
The RefPak™ will consists of the following components mounted, inter connected, electrically wired and pressure tested at factory

* MYCOM Reciprocating Compressor with Oil Heater.
* Oil Separator with Automatic Oil Return.
* Water Cooled Oil Cooler.
* IE2, IP 55 Motor.
* LP Receiver.
* Refrigerant Pumps.
* Oil Collecting Vessel.
* Shell & Plate (or) Plate Type Condenser.
* HP Receiver.
* Economizer (If Necessary).
* Electro Mechanical Control Panel with Motor Starters (Star Delta / DOL).

Options:

* Screw Compressor with Three Stage Horizontal Oil Separator.
* Thermosyphon Oil Cooler.
* Evaporative / Shell and Tube Condenser.
* IE3 Motor.
* Soft Starter / VFD.
* PLC Based Fully Automatic Control Panel.

* Quick, efficient and less expensive installation – onsite work will consist of connecting Refrigeration Package to Air Cooling Coil (Evaporators), Installation of cooling tower with interconnecting water
piping and bringing Power into Control Panel.
* Compact design means that the Refrigeration Systems (RefPak™) will occupy Minimum Space.
* Better quality end product – since most of the fitting and welding work is done in a shop environment versus out in the field, coupled with INDUS rigid quality control program, the Refrigeration System (RefPak™) will be of the highest Quality.

* The Low pressure receiver sized large enough to hold the ammonia charge of the whole system along with the use of a pilot receiver does away with the need for a high pressure receiver at the same time lowering the operating charge of ammonia.

* Shell and tube economizer for added performance and efficiency. (If Necessary)
* Electro Mechanical Control Panel with Danfoss / Equivalent Make Pressure Switches, Temperature / Pressure Sensor and Step capacity Controller.
